- Speaking of walking, most days, I exercise because I like how it makes me feel. You won’t find me training for a marathon, weightlifting competition or anything that could be described as extreme.
- Most of the time, I aim to eat real foods that nourish my body and keep me functioning at my best. But I indulge my undeniable sweet tooth occasionally too.
- Meditation is a regular part of my life that helps me manage stress. But I’m not a super-woo-woo kind of gal.
Over the years, I’ve developed solid habits and routines to help me find a sense of balance, remove barriers and make healthy living easier. I want to share those with you.
